Minor Hot Patch

- Fixed a bug where taking multiple hits in a short window of time would result in the player not dying ( Look. I was really tired programming this part)

- Added a fourth setting that does nothing and is invisible to the player

- Added new player skins (trust me they're there)
-Removed player's skin

-Added no new dialogue
